The Product

From the standpoint of a contact manger, Success on ContactŠ is not a complicated product - the benefits are much the same as any other contact manager. However, it is not all this amazing tool is, not by a long shot!

It is hard to sum this up with catch phrases and the well-known CRM or Contact Manager feature names, as Success on ContactŠ has no competition. What can be stated easily, for anyone to understand is the value. It does what a small business owner would need several tools to do and, because every feature is within one system, there is no time taken to move data back and forth to massage it.

For example, in many small and home-based businesses, the owner operates a database for individual emailing and a completely separate one for mass emailing, which is a maddening duplication of effort. But it gets worse!

In additon, by necesity, they need their website to colect leads, which may be added to an auto responder (mass email tool) and, because there is no way to do both, not to an individual email tool at the same time.

Here is where it gets nutty - an email program - for sending one email to one prospect/customer - like Outlook, will automatically build a list from an inbound email, which may occur from a response to teh auto responder messages. If a prospect goes to your site, freely oferign their info, small business can have one database that operates an auto responder and a contact manager, which wwas formerly only available to large businesses.
